Smoky Tomato Mozzarella Tuscan Bean Soup
2 cans Cannellini beans, drained
1 can diced tomatoes
1/2 can tomato paste
1/2 cup chopped onion
4 chopped fresh garlic cloves
1 TBSP Garlic, Smoky Bacon OR Hickory Grilling Grapeseed Oil
2 TBSP Wildtree Smoked Mozzerella & Tomato Blend
4 leaves of fresh basil (if you have on hand - can also use dried)
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried parsley
32 oz chicken broth
Red Pepper Flakes to taste (optional)
1 pkg of Al Fresco Chicken Sausages - cut into slices - I used Smoked Andouille
First heat your grapeseed oil in a large soup pot. Toss in your chopped onion & garlic. Saute'
Next stir in tomato paste and let simmer while stirring for a couple of minutes. Throw in can of diced tomatoes - undrained...throw in drained cans of beans...Add herbs & seasoning blend. Add sliced chicken sausages. Simmer for at least an hour for a flavorful, savory soup.

Smoked Mozzarella and Tomato Blend Meatloaf
Smoked Mozzarella & Tomato Blend Meatloaf
1 pound lean ground beef -- I use lean
1 pound lean ground turkey -- I use lean
1 sleeve low-sodium saltine crackers, crushed or GF crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
1 med yellow onion, diced
1 teaspoon black pepper
4 tablespoons Wildtree Smoked Mozzarella and Tomato Blend
1 cup canned tomato sauce
Mix all ingredients in a freezer bag and “smoosh” together. Remove air and freeze. Defrost bag in fridge. Grease a 9x13 inch pan with cooking spray and preheat oven to 400 degrees F. When ready to cook, mix thoroughly in a bowl. Form a rectangular loaf in the pan, and bake for 55 minutes. Remove from oven. Spread tomato sauce on top of the loaf. Bake an additional 8 minutes, or until internal temperature reached 165 degrees

Meatloaf Cupcakes
New Twist on Meatloaf
1 pound lean ground beef
• 1 pound lean ground turkey
• WT Just Like Mom's Meatloaf Mix
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1 med yellow onion, diced
• 1 clove garlic, minced or 1-2 tsp garlic galore blend
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• 4 tablespoons WT Smoked Mozzarella and Tomato Blend
• 1 pound lean ground turkey
• WT Just Like Mom's Meatloaf Mix
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1 med yellow onion, diced
• 1 clove garlic, minced or 1-2 tsp garlic galore blend
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• 4 tablespoons WT Smoked Mozzarella and Tomato Blend
To have available to complete this meal:
• 1 cup canned tomato sauce with 1 tbl. of WT hearty spaghetti blend
Mix all ingredients in a freezer bag and “smoosh” together. Remove air and freeze. Defrost bag in fridge. Grease a cupcake pan, pour mix into pan, spread tomato sauce on top, bake at 350 for 12 to 15 mins.
